This brand new Villa combines beautifully crafted stone elements with modern twists that results in a beautiful home away from home for you and your family. It accommodates 4-6 people with two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area. The Villa is located on the hill above Tsoukalades Village, which is a ten minute drive from Lefkada Town. Tsoukalades Village is a popular destination that is filled with tourists during the summer months. It has mini markets, restaurants and even a pharmacy, and is nearby to some of the most popular beaches on the island, like Kathisma and Agios Nikitas.
The Villa is laid out over two floors with two double bedrooms and a family bathroom being on the ground floor. Up the stairs, you will find the stunning modern kitchen with a dining table in front and an open living area with a sofa bed, on this floor there is also a second bathroom. From the living area you are able to walk out onto the large verandah which has a second living area that provides an amazing view of the Ionian Sea.
The surrounding garden and pool area is beautifully built with stone elements and lovely plants and flowers. Here is the large swimming pool with a traditional fountain and sun beds surrounding it. There is an outside dining area, a swing and exterior sofa, ideal for endless days where you can enjoy the view of the Sea while tasting Greek delicacies.

There is a large swimming pool with an amazing view over the Ionian Sea and cozy seating areas around it. For reservations over 7 days, we are happy to offer a complimentary Greek food night. All our guests receive a welcome basket upon arrival containing fruit, water, wine, olive oil, juice, tea, coffee, and sugar.
